These terms govern your use of the ElectroGadgets website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and acceptance

• An order is a request to buy. It is accepted only once we confirm it by call, SMS or email.
• We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is unreachable, pricing was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent.
• You are responsible for providing a correct address and a reachable phone number. Failed deliveries caused by wrong details may be charged for re-dispatch.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in United States Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated.
• Promotional prices apply for the stated period or while stock lasts, and cannot be applied retroactively to earlier orders.
• Credit or debit card and bank transfer are the accepted payment methods.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Warranty

Products carry a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage beyond the stated IP rating, burnt components from unsupported chargers, normal battery wear, and any product opened or repaired outside ElectroGadgets. Returns

Unused products in complete original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Ear tips and hygiene-sensitive accessories cannot be returned once used. See our returns and refunds policy.

Website use

• All content, images, product names and logos on this site belong to ElectroGadgets and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Reviews and user submissions must be honest and free of unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ElectroGadgets's total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost data or lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Travis County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
