How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take a day or two longer.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Details for bank transfers are shared right after you place the order.

What does the warranty cover?

Every device carries a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing faults such as charging failures, driver faults and connectivity defects. Physical damage, water damage beyond the stated IP rating and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and returned with complete packaging and accessories.

Are the products original?

All products are genuine ElectroGadgets units sourced from our own manufacturing partners and shipped directly by us. Buying from any other seller voids the warranty.

Do earbuds work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. All ElectroGadgets devices use standard Bluetooth and work with iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. Companion app features are available on both iOS and Android.

How do I claim warranty?

Email your order ID and a short video of the issue to support@electrogadgets.shop. Once verified, we share a prepaid return label and dispatch a repair or replacement within 7-10 business days.

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only, but international shipping is planned.
